Services are described on the relevant service pages and in the written proposal you receive. SEO work is delivered on flat-rate monthly retainers with no long-term contract, and website builds are delivered for a one-time flat fee. Scope, timelines and deliverables for your engagement are whatever the accepted proposal states; anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
Search engines control their own ranking algorithms. We commit to executing recognised, white-hat optimisation work and reporting results transparently, but we cannot and do not guarantee a specific position, traffic level, lead volume or revenue figure. Any figures shown in case studies describe past results for specific clients and are not a promise of comparable outcomes.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date; work already performed is not refundable. Website build fees are billed per the accepted proposal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
